Animals Don't...
The 1st grade classes have been learning about the differences between fiction and non-fiction. After reading some fiction and non-fiction books about certain animals, the students wrote and illustrated their very own books about what certain animals do (non-fiction) and don't do (fiction). Click on the pictures below to watch the photostories about giraffes (Terrell), kangaroos (Zehner), and crocodiles (Davidson). The students did a fantastic job writing, illustrating, and narrating their stories... enjoy!
