Community Budget Meetings for 2021-2022

Dear LaFayette School District Community:

During the month of January, we will begin our budget development for the 2021-2022 school year. Our community budget meetings will be held via video conference on the following dates:

• Wednesday January 20, 2021 at 5:30 PM via Google Meets

• Wednesday March 3, 2021 at 5:30 PM via Google Meets

As we approach the 2021-2022 school year planning process, we want to create a responsible financial plan that meets the needs of our school community, provides great programming for students, and complies with the New York State Property Tax Cap. We recognize that one of the keys to keeping LaFayette a place where families want their children to be educated is making sure that our school funding plan is affordable and sustainable. I plan to connect with each of our state and federal elected officials to remind them of the great things that are happening in our school district and that we appreciate continued support from state and federal funding sources.
