Update on Positive Cases January 15 2021

Good Afternoon -
The district was recently informed of the following positive cases that occurred over the past several days:

One student at Grimshaw Elementary recently tested positive for COVID 19.

One digital learner at the Onondaga Nation School tested positive for COVID-19.
We wish these individuals a quick recovery. Any students or staff members who were recently in close contact have been notified and the district has been in communication with the Onondaga County Health Department to complete the required contact tracing.

Grimshaw Elementary and LaFayette Big Picture School will continue to provide in person instruction

LaFayette Jr/Sr High School has switched to remote learning for the following dates: Thursday January 14th through January 22nd.

The Jr/Sr High will resume in person learning on Monday January 25, 2021.

The Onondaga Nation School will continue with digital learning through the end of the school year.
Please be safe - wash those hands, stay six feet apart, wear a face covering, stay home when you are sick and contact your doctor if you are experiencing symptoms.
