Summer Meal Interest Survey
May 26, 2021
Our hard working Food Service department is gearing up for our summer food service program. Recently, the federal government extended the eligibility for meals at no cost to all children in our school district through June 30, 2022. LaFayette has been providing breakfast and a hot lunch to families, along with a meal delivery service to families, since the start of the pandemic in March 2020. Thank you to Mr. Rob Kennedy and our outstanding Food Service department and Transportation department for going above and beyond for our school community.
In order to help Mr. Kennedy plan for our summer meal program, please take a few minutes to complete this brief survey (please complete one survey per child)- https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdJZ55ETtGNPf6rUOQiOFZ1g75XhN1-123PEZUdG6r6e4ud_Q/viewform?vc=0&c=0&w=1&flr=0
This survey is not asking for a commitment for summer meal delivery; rather, Mr. Kennedy is trying to gauge the interest so that the program can be staffed appropriately.
Families who are currently receiving meal delivery will receive a paper copy of the survey as well.
If you are interested in signing up for our summer meal delivery program, please feel free to email Mr. Kennedy - email@example.com or call 315-956-0371.
