Capital Project Available for Bid

The Capital Project approved by LaFayette voters on December 10, 2020 has been approved by the New York State Education Department Office of Facilities Planning effective December 17, 2021 and is available for contractors to bid. Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts:

• General Construction and Site Work
• Electrical Work
• Mechanical Work
• Plumbing Work

Sealed Bids will be received until 3:30 pm, local time on January 27, 2022 at the LaFayette District Office, 5955 US Route 20, LaFayette, NY 13084. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Grimshaw Elementary Cafeteria, 5957 US Route 20, LaFayette, NY 13084. Bid packages must be clearly marked with the contract being bid.
