NYKids Study on LCSD is Published
“Are you a teacher because of your curriculum and your content, or are you a teacher because you want to create opportunities for students?”– Big Picture teacher
Recently, the NYKids organization conducted a study on the LaFayette Central School District that centered on its effort to build (and maintain) purposeful youth-adult relationships with the students throughout its four schools. And now, that study, “Lessons on Stabilizing Leadership, Bridging Cultural Divides, and Innovating around Curriculum and Instruction: LaFayette Jr. Sr. HS Case Study” is now available to read.
The study also touches on the district’s efforts to stabilize leadership/administrative turnover, the innovative means by which teachers have addressed curriculum, instruction, and intervention, and more!
You can check out the study’s highlights, or read the entire published study.
