Goguardian

The District provides Goguardian to teachers to enable them to guide students in the apropriate use of technology in the classroom. Teachers can use Goguardian to monitor students in real time and create temporary filters to help keep students on task. Please see the resources provided here and use teacher.goguardian.com to log in with your school email/Google account. For questions please email helpdesk @lafayetteschools.org

SmartPass

At the Jr./Sr. HIghschool, Teachers use SmartPass as our digital pass system and to allow students to schedule time with teachers during our WIN periods.

ParentSquare

The District uses ParentSquare to facilitate communication between parents staff. ParentSquare accounts are synced with teacher rosters.

If you are having issues with Parentsquare, please contact your building administrator. If you continue to have issues, please contact helpdesk @lafayetteschools.org

Multi-Factor Authentication

All Lafayette employees with email access are required to enroll in multi-factor authentication. 

 

1. Access your Google Account settings:

Go to your Google Account page (myaccount.google.com) and navigate to the "Security" section. 

2. Locate 2-Step Verification:

Find the "2-Step Verification" option under the "Signing in to Google" section. 

3. Get Started:

Click "Get Started" and follow the on-screen instructions. You may need to re-login to your account for security purposes.

Frontline

Frontline is the application the District uses for staff to schedule and request approval for absences and to Schedule professional development. You can access frontline from your Google apps menu when you are logged in to your school Google account.
